blogpost is disturbing to me. With the lack of punctuation, improper capitalisation and poorly worded/constructed; gives a amateurish projection of FreeGeek Toronto.
Why the message that “if you are lucky a Core volunteer or volunteer staff person will direct you and guide you…” I doubt “luck” has much to do with that interaction and suggesting that is biased and improper.
The “Jobs that need to be done” part gives no detail/description or nuance.

Sorry to lambaste this PAH but I think your post is a non-plus for FreeGeek and does nothing to attract higher functioning volunteers let alone Adoption Program volunteers.
